Equine Epiphany

Shift Happens.

Imagine yourself in a place that is free from judgement and criticism. How would your life be improved if you learned how to embrace your own authentic self with less struggle and anxiety? This is the experience in The Herd. Equine-Assisted Experiences are custom-made for each person to leverage the natural power of horses to bring permanent clarity and ease to life’s challenges.

What We Do

Since 2015, we have coached hundreds of people to improve self-esteem, self-awareness, confidence, and empathy. Equine-Assisted Experiential Learning has been scientifically proven to lower your blood pressure and heart rate, alleviate stress, and reduce anxiety. It is a unique experience that opens your mind to new possibility.

Horses are highly attuned to human emotions, and help us to stay congruent with our feelings when relating with them. Horses live in authenticity in the present moment. The profoundly unique thing that they offer us is non-judgmental and honest feedback that teaches us to be more aware of the connections between our mind, body, and emotions. This allows us the opportunity to experience ourselves and our environment from an expanded perspective, and relate to ourselves and others in a new way.
